Back in October I've edited 3 25 min episodes of the documentary 'Great dinners of the world' for the Asian Food Channel (reachable audience of 45 million)
I was editing on site and in the month I was working for them I have been to Cognac, Paris, Inverary and Rance.
The documentary follows 4 Chefs as they travel to various locations across the world working together to create great dinners for various VIP guests. With such a tight timescale I had to create my own editing scripts, VO and links in order to meet deadlines. It was an amazing project to work on and I've definitely learn the true meaning of editing on the go!
